The Saturday dinner will be at the Annual Stonewall Volunteer Fire Department Fish Fry and your donation to the VFD will be collected at that time.

Muster arrival is Thursday 10/9/2025. Check-in time is 14:00. 13:00-14:00 is ok. Earlier may have a $25 fee.

The actual Fish Fry is Saturday, 10/11/2025.

Departure is Monday 10/13/2025. 4 nights. Check-out time is 11:00

Site reservations can, and should, be made now.

Call Miller Creek directly at (830 868-2655) to reserve your RV site. Identify yourself as member of Alamo SMARTs to obtain the rally site rate of $50.00 per night. Advise them about any special site requests.

The rally rate is good for 5 nights. Additional nights, before or after the Muster, will be at their regular rate, less a 10% Veteran discount.

A deposit equal to one night will be required at the time of registration. Balance shall be due upon arrival.

Refund policy: $25 cancellation fee if made 7 or more days prior to your scheduled arrival date. Otherwise, no refund.

Looking for volunteers to host and help. The meals and schedule are TBD.
