Tour#1 Zephyrhills Veterans Day Parade - Cost: $0.00

We will have service flags, a float plus mobility scooters disguised as jets for the 9 Nov Veterans Day Parade. If able, please consider arriving a day early to help decorate and assemble.  

Tour#2 Zephyrhills Battle for Veterans - Cost: $0.00

Immerse yourself in the sights and sounds of World War II with captivating live battle reenactments, authentic living history displays, and a variety of vendors offering military items.  

Tour#3 Zephyrhills Brewing Company - Cost: $0.00

They brew all the beers on tap, in-house in small batch kettles. This allows them to experiment with different styles of beer, providing a variety of beers at great prices!  

Additional Comments:

Cost/Reservations: Daily rate $54.00 per night or $300/week. However, if you are a Passport America member you may use this for three days of your stay ($27.00 per night) which may give you a better rate. A nonrefundable deposit ($54) is required at registration. Should you need to cancel, your deposit will be available for a future booking within the next 12 months. Call the campground to make your reservation and advise them that you are attending the SMART Buccaneer Veterans Day muster and let them know if you are a Passport America member. This park is just a few miles from all of our scheduled activities. Palm View Gardens has a lovely pool, game areas, large community center and pavilion. Time is a factor for booking, reservations must be made before 30 September. Join us for the highly anticipated Battle for Veterans event at the Zephyrhills Museum of Military History. Immerse yourself in the sights and sounds of World War II with captivating live battle reenactments, authentic living history displays, and a variety of vendors offering military items. Indulge in delicious food options while paying tribute to our brave veterans. Those interested may represent SMART by marching in the Zephyrhills Veterans Day Parade on Saturday, 9 Nov. We anticipate again having service flags, and a float. New this year, we anticipate having a couple of mobility scooters disguised as jets. More information will be provided in our newsletters and to participants, so sign up early.

If you arrive a day early, we could use your help decorating the float and assembling the jet mock-ups.
